Rooms are clean but outdated, hallway has an odd aroma but for the price and being so close to a lot of hiking trails and the beauty of the surrounding area it can't be beat. Prices are fair and employees were pleasant.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The view was so nice to wake up to each morning. The continental breakfast had a wide variety of food. The location was great bcz it was close enough to everything. There was one issue where the ppl across the hallway were being loud, rude and actually set off the smoke alarm, but the manager took care of it immediately by telling them to pack and leave! I liked that bcz he made us feel important. We will be back!

Excellent clean accommodations for a fair price. The reception desk, front end are helpful as well as the cleaning staff, ever ready to lend a hand if needed. Great restaurants in town and a grocery store across the road. Fridge, freezer, microwave and coffee machine in room. As well as a decent work space.

The room was okay, with just the basics. However, there was a random pair of glasses there when we arrived. It could belong to one of the workers or someone who stayed previously, but it did not inspire confidence either way. The room was clean-ish; we brought an HDMI cord to watch movies and it was incredibly dusty behind the TV with spider webs for added spice. 5/5 to the workers who brought up some extra towels and soap - they were really friendly. The breakfast was meh - 4/10 mostly because the waffle batter had a terrible bitter taste that my daughter described as "orange juice in the batter". Also, there were fruit flies in the juice, which the woman at the front desk did not seem concerned about and brushed off saying they like the sweetness (paraphrased). She was helpful in getting us additional items like toilet paper (1) and garbage bags, but did so with very heavy sighs each time. When we arrived, we requested an additional pillow to which she said "there are 6 to 8 pillows in the room" with much attitude. The pool also has a stronger than usual odor of clorox and an additional funk. I know this is rated as a 2 star, but it could easily be a 3 star if there was more attention to detail, thoroughness, and generosity. The location is quiet and not too far from food places.

Stayed here with my son the night of the Weird Al concert at Bethel Woods. Was able to check in after midnight with no problem, beds and bathroom were clean, room a/c was cold and the filters were cleaned off, which is a rarity in hotel rooms. Would definitely stay again for future shows.

I stayed 11 nights as a solo traveller from Türkiye while attending the World Falun Dafa Day celebrations. The room and grounds were spotless, the wooded setting quiet, and the 24-hour front desk made my after-midnight check-in easy. I always felt safe, slept well, and free parking right off Route 209 was handy. Local eateries close early, so grab a snack if you arrive late. A calm, comfortable base in the Catskills—highly recommended.

*** Follow up *** I booked through booking.com and they refunded me the portion of this booking that they received from the hotel for being the 3rd party bc of the condition of the room. I did not stay in this hotel for 3 DAYS that were paid for bc of the condition of the hotel. The hotel is outright refusing to refund me, and the manager is refusing to speak to me. Notice when you check in that the people working there have luxury cars that are obtained immorally. This is how they do it, by charging people for rooms, where by state and federal laws state they should be providing clean and sanitized rooms in the very least. This place is disgraceful and the owners and managers are crooks for acting like this is acceptable. Also, whoever responded to my post trying to act like you inspect rooms before handing over the keys, please lol *********** This is the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. My home had a pipe burst and flooded, and while my home was being repaired and renovated we decided to book here bc it was 10 minutes from our home. We booked through booking.com for 4 nights and after checking in, we saw how vile the room was. The dust was everywhere, there were 5 dead spiders smashed into the walls and ceilings, the toilet was disgusting and the floors have probably never been swept or mopped. Spiderwebs everywhere. We all were stuffed up with allergies from the dust. I called the front desk and the guy said they were all booked up and they couldn’t move us after I complained. We decided we would only stay one night bc how could any place offer this as a room to paying customers!!!! We called booking.com to get a refund on the 3 nights we would not be staying and they said I had to call back the next day bc they couldn’t speak with the manager. When I checked out in the morning, the woman was nice, apologized and offered a different room in the main building as if it’s the good building and they put my family in the cracked out building? Anyways, I said no because if that room looked like that I don’t want to see any others. We left and later I called back to booking.com the woman said she tried calling the front desk with no answer. I called the front desk and spoke to a man who was probably the same racist guy who checked us in and gave us that room. He argued with me that I shouldn’t get a refund bc we were offered a different room. He said he didn’t get any calls and no emails. I called back to booking.com and they said the email was sent and they have 24 hours to respond. So we will see the outcome. I have no idea about how the rooms in the main building looked, but my room was room 225 and was in the sketched out building that’s up the hill. I’m assuming all the reviews where ppl are saying they have comfortable beds and clean rooms were given rooms in the main building based on my interactions with the front desk. Here are some pictures, the ones with wipes is from trying to wipe the floors to move some of the filth out the way. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially a family with young kids.

Best price around of any hotel. Great, efficient, friendly service at the front desk upon check in. Sorry, but I forgot persons name, it began with H. Young guy. Made sure I got my rewards points. Breakfast is nothing fancy. Cereal, bread, muffins, coffee. Dining area is small but very cute and clean. Aurally nice overnight stay. Grocery store just across the street. Have to say once more, I was thrilled with the clealiness!
