We stayed the night. The room was ok, but not for the price. The breakfast was the worse ever. Burnt toast was left in the toaster from a previous person. All the breads were dried out. The waffle mix was watery and several cups filled with waffle mix was on the counter. Coffee was old and like mud! The milk in the frig was expired. The orange and apple juice was warm. Really nothing was eatable. Many other customers complained. The front desk said she would report it. However reading here looks like they already know. It’s too bad there are not many places to stay in Woodstock area!

Had a bed and a shower…. that deserved two stars. Breakfast left ALOT to be desired.. No milk for cereal, microwave for heating up sausage and omelets that you pull from the fridge. No yogurt or fresh fruit. Luckily place to eat next door. Considering what has been created at the concert venue, this hotel nee to up their game.

Stayed overnight when attending a concert at Bethel Woods. Convenient location right off Rte. 17. Only 20 minutes from concert site. Room was large and clean. Free breakfast was a little disappointing. No fresh fruit. Juice machine was out of order. Cold cereals and toast. A little nosy as our room faced the McDonald's next door which is open 24 hours

The sheets were stained and gross looking and our screen was broken on the window. The pool room was absolutely disgusting and appeared to be abandoned. For a hotel that asks someone to hold a 150$ charge on their card you think they would actually take care of more than just the lobby and the outside of the building.

The room itself wasn’t terrible. However there was a “clean” smell that was used to cover up something else. We both had terrible allergies from the poor air circulation in the room. The vents were filthy. The blankets were clean. The light in the bathroom was a vanity light and didn’t provide enough to reach the shower. Also, have fun playing “where are the tissues?” (Spoiler: they are recessed in the wall right by the entryway, not the bathroom or sleeping area.) Nearly everything outside the room was not operational… ice machine, juice, just to name a few.

Breakfast area not attended. Had to look through cabinets for items not set out. No coffee available in breakfast area. I had better at othe budget friendly hotels. Room was very good, and clean. Beds comfortable.

Really bad area but can't blame the hotel for that. Chose this place due to the price and on-site bar and grille which we discovered is only open 2-3 nights a week - which unfortunately meant we had to venture out 15-20 minutes to find somewhere half decent to eat. Room was clean but bare and with a dirty remote. I would recommend staying anywhere else even if it costs $25-50 more.

this was a VERY disappointing stay. the room was dirty and extremely dusty, which immediately made it uncomfortable. the lock on the bathroom door also did not work. the side door that is supposed to allow easier access to the rooms was unreliable. our key card often would not work, and during a blizzard i was locked outside and had to walk all the way around to the front entrance, which was unsafe and unacceptable given the weather! the side door itself is extremely loud. we could clearly hear it slamming from inside our room, which made it frustrating to rest. to make matters worse, the staff was rude and unhelpful, with the exception of the cleaning staff who were polite. overall, poor maintenance, lack of cleanliness, and unprofessional staff. i would not stay here again!

JUST STAY AWAY! The staff treated us like an inconvenience from the moment we checked in. The front desk clerk was incredibly rude, rolling his eyes and snapping at us when we asked a simple question about the room. Throughout our stay, every interaction felt hostile—dismissive attitudes, short responses, and zero willingness to help. It ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing trip. Terrible customer service; I'll never stay at a Days Inn again.

Everything was great, room spacious and very clean, overlooking quiet backyard with McDonalds far away, plenty of parking spots available all around the building. Did not hear a pip from any of my neighbors. Very friendly staff. The only issue is that breakfast did not offer any fruits or milk for porridge. We had waffles and cut fruits in a cup instead. Woke up well rested and ready for a new day!
