Such a lovely and welcoming environment here. I came for saregamapa auditions and it started with a lovely tour of the property. The beautiful scenic views and facilities in the venue caught my attention and the staff was amazing. I would definitely come to stay here with family for a nice weekend getaway.

Just visited YO1 in Monticello and honestly it was amazing. Got a massage and the therapist really knew what they were doing—left feeling so much better. My shoulders have been killing me and they actually worked it out. But what really got me was the vibe of the place. It’s so peaceful and calming, and the walk around the lake is beautiful. Like, you actually feel yourself relaxing just being there. It’s not some pretentious wellness place—just genuinely good energy. Everything was great from start to finish. Definitely going back. If you need a good massage and want to actually feel relaxed after, this is the place to go.

I fell in love with the serene environment and my room looked over the lake in the back- such great view! The amenities really made this vacation next level. The room was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated being able to set the temperature. I definitely want to return to try more of their wellness amenities. Had a great time with the pool and spa. Recommend to anyone looking for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating reset from the day-to-day.

We had a great experience hosting our multi-day event at this yoga resort. The team was super welcoming, flexible, and easy to work with, and they made sure we had everything we needed throughout the event. The space was peaceful, clean, and perfect for bringing a group together. We really appreciated them allowing us to use the facilities and helping everything run smoothly. Would definitely recommend this place for group events, retreats, or just a relaxing stay. After a long travel, I was tired and ready to recharge, and from the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was peaceful and gave me exactly what I needed. The property is surrounded by beautiful nature and a lake, and there are a variety of amenities and healthy food options. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly. After such a peaceful and relaxing week at YO1, I am ready to return, given that it’s only a short drive from NJ. I highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for the perfect wellness retreat.

The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. If you’re looking for a wellness getaway just a short drive from New Jersey or New York City, I highly recommend YO1. It was a truly relaxing and memorable experience, and I would definitely return.

I had such a peaceful stay at YO1 Longevity & Health Resorts. Coming from NYC, this honestly felt like the perfect reset. The lake views, nature, fresh air, and quiet atmosphere made everything feel so calming from the moment we arrived. Susana welcomed us at the reception and was so warm and kind. She showed us around the resort and made us feel comfortable right away, which made the experience even more special. One of my favorite parts was having a private sauna (steam room ) inside our suite I’ve never had that before and absolutely loved it. I also tried the Salt Glow Therapy treatment and my skin felt amazing after. The yoga, meditation, spa, pool, and wellness activities made the whole stay feel very refreshing. OMG ?The food was also really good fresh, healthy meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to whenever I need a break from busy city life. ? I am definitely recommending this so much

SCAM BIG TIME! GOT ROBBED, BE CAREFUL! I recently stayed there and upon check in I was informed that there would be no housekeeping services unless requested (in other words no one would be entering our room unless we request it). We were happy with that until I left the resort and went into my backpack and realized my wedding band, engagement ring, and diamond earrings were stolen from me, I am assuming an employee entered my room while we were booked for a massage session and went through ALL of my belonging and stole my jewelry. When I called the hotel to report it the woman who answered the phone didn’t even let me finish my first sentence and said loud with conviction “NO ONE WENT INTO YOUR BACKPACK AND STOLE YOUR STUFF.” Like really? How would you even know if someone stole my stuff? It was probably her based on the way she was being defensive! Did she even get a chance to check the cameras in 5 seconds of me reporting it to her. No! Cuz I didn’t even get to tell you more than five words before you jumped down my throat. Also the place has no staff member INSIDE the building past midnight. Their HVAC unit is broken, ceilings caving in. And I’m pretty sure there is zero management involvement. MAJOR SCAM STAY AWAY!!!

We booked a weekend getaway to the Catskills! When we arrived there was no one to greet us or help with our luggage. While the property is massive, it is not maintained well. We had a Lakeview room, and while it was spacious, the sofas and carpets had stains on it. There were no good amenities given how expensive the rooms are. We paid for the meals at the restaurant but they were so bad! I definitely had an upset stomach afterwards. The pools, activity room were not kept well. The water machines weren’t all working either. Even after doing massages, it was hard to even get water. No one offered us anything. The Ayurveda massages were good but overall we didn’t enjoy it. The lady (Anna) who ran the sound bath and meditation was so condescending and rude. There was no air turned on so she opened the outside door to get air in after we asked her, but her energy was so off. One of the front desk person, we asked for a tour and he said “just get lost” and explore on your own. So lazy! I wouldn’t recommended this place at all. Given the owner owns a media company, why is this place not maintained well. Also, many of the steam or saunas weren’t working. This is not a health resort , it felt like a glorified motel. I wouldn’t go again.
