SCAM BIG TIME! GOT ROBBED, BE CAREFUL! I recently stayed there and upon check in I was informed that there would be no housekeeping services unless requested (in other words no one would be entering our room unless we request it). We were happy with that until I left the resort and went into my backpack and realized my wedding band, engagement ring, and diamond earrings were stolen from me, I am assuming an employee entered my room while we were booked for a massage session and went through ALL of my belonging and stole my jewelry. When I called the hotel to report it the woman who answered the phone didn’t even let me finish my first sentence and said loud with conviction “NO ONE WENT INTO YOUR BACKPACK AND STOLE YOUR STUFF.” Like really? How would you even know if someone stole my stuff? It was probably her based on the way she was being defensive! Did she even get a chance to check the cameras in 5 seconds of me reporting it to her. No! Cuz I didn’t even get to tell you more than five words before you jumped down my throat. Also the place has no staff member INSIDE the building past midnight. Their HVAC unit is broken, ceilings caving in. And I’m pretty sure there is zero management involvement. MAJOR SCAM STAY AWAY!!!
We booked a weekend getaway to the Catskills! When we arrived there was no one to greet us or help with our luggage. While the property is massive, it is not maintained well. We had a Lakeview room, and while it was spacious, the sofas and carpets had stains on it. There were no good amenities given how expensive the rooms are. We paid for the meals at the restaurant but they were so bad! I definitely had an upset stomach afterwards. The pools, activity room were not kept well. The water machines weren’t all working either. Even after doing massages, it was hard to even get water. No one offered us anything. The Ayurveda massages were good but overall we didn’t enjoy it. The lady (Anna) who ran the sound bath and meditation was so condescending and rude. There was no air turned on so she opened the outside door to get air in after we asked her, but her energy was so off. One of the front desk person, we asked for a tour and he said “just get lost” and explore on your own. So lazy! I wouldn’t recommended this place at all. Given the owner owns a media company, why is this place not maintained well. Also, many of the steam or saunas weren’t working. This is not a health resort , it felt like a glorified motel. I wouldn’t go again.
My friend and I booked YO1 Longevity & Health Resort on a whim, and it was the perfect sanctuary. Just a quick 1.5-hour drive from NYC, but it feels like you’ve been transported to a 5-star resort in India. The Highlights: • The Room: Massive! We had two king beds, a private massage room, and a balcony overlooking a peaceful pond. • The Vibe: Completely low-pressure. I spent my morning doing Neti Kriya, breathwork, and yoga, while my friend caught up on much-needed sleep. It’s "wellness" without being too "woo-woo." • The Food: Incredible 3-course vegetarian meals. Even the mock chicken was a 10/10. • The Spa: Do yourself a favor and book an Ayurveda massage. Ask for Alex—literally hands of gold! The staff was incredibly warm and even let us enjoy the grounds after checkout. We left feeling completely recharged. Highly recommend for a girls' trip or anyone needing a "reset" from reality!
Horrible experience. I booked a Valentine’s weekend stay and went there with my partner, expecting a special and relaxing experience. Unfortunately, it couldn’t have been worse. The property appears to be poorly maintained. The sheets smelled like sweat, and we had no control over the thermostat. The room was extremely hot, and we were sweating all night. When we called the front desk, they told us that they control the thermostat and that we would need to wait 3 to 4 hours for the room to cool down. Even after waiting, the temperature barely changed. We ended up staying only one night and this was Valentine’s Day weekend. On February 14th, Valentine’s Day, we checked out because there was no way we could tolerate another night there. Management informed us they could not refund us directly and said they would email Expedia to process the refund. However, when I contacted Expedia, they had no record of receiving any email and told me I would have to wait for the manager to respond in order to be reimbursed. To make matters worse, Jonathan at the front desk was extremely rude and even hung up the phone on me. I do not recommend this place to anyone. If you are considering staying here, think twice you may end up just as disappointed as we were. This property is far from what I would consider a wellness resort.
From reservations to checkout, this hotel and spa are nothing short of exceptional. This was my third stay, and each visit somehow manages to be even better than the last. I’ve celebrated my husband’s 50th here, my sister’s 40th, and most recently brought my best friend for her 50th birthday—and every experience has been flawless. The magic truly starts before you even arrive. Michael in reservations was incredible, thoughtfully accommodating every detail and making the entire process seamless. When we walked into the hotel, we were greeted with such warmth and kindness, and we were thrilled to receive an upgraded room—a beautiful, luxurious space that immediately set the tone for a perfect weekend. The spa experience was outstanding. I had the best deep tissue massage of my life—truly next-level. Between the spa, the pool, the meditation room, and the overall serenity of the property, it was impossible not to fully relax. We laughed, recharged, and genuinely enjoyed celebrating such a special milestone together. And the food—wow. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all exceptional. You would never guess it was vegan and gluten-free. Everything was superb. My friend, who is not vegan and usually dislikes vegan food, absolutely loved every meal. The amenities are top-tier: the workout room is fantastic, the game room was so fun, and we even managed to work out all morning before indulging again in the amazing food. Ironically, the only thing we missed were the yoga classes—simply because the bed was so incredibly comfortable that we couldn’t bring ourselves to leave it. What I loved most about this stay was the peace and quiet. As two busy executives, we needed a weekend to disconnect, recharge, and truly connect as friends—and this hotel provided the perfect environment to do just that. Checkout was just as lovely as the welcome—warm, gracious, and thoughtful. One small recommendation for future guests: bring cash for tipping. Having cash on hand for your massage therapist and for your waiters or waitresses during meals is a very kind gesture and allows them to receive it immediately—it’s truly appreciated. I cannot recommend this hotel enough if you’re looking to unwind, relax, and spend quality time with good people in a truly luxurious, calming setting. I already know I’ll be back—this time for my own 50th birthday at the end of the year, and I couldn’t be more excited. ? Absolute perfection. ?
I had an amazing visit to Y01 in Monticello. The facility is clean, modern, and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The staff is friendly, patient, and truly cares about making sure you have a comfortable experience. Everything was organized and professional, and they were very clear in explaining each step so I always knew what to expect. Overall, I left feeling refreshed and well taken care of. I definitely recommend Y01 to anyone looking for quality service and a peaceful environment. I’ll be returning for sure!
Absolutely loved my stay at YO1. If you want to unwind from this world and find your inner peace, this is THE PLACE. The resort is gorgeous, secluded but not disconnected, the wellness programs are top-notch, and every team member was kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. The yoga classes were incredible, the treatments were amazing, and the food was delicious and nourishing. I feel more connected to my self and completely recharged. I went with my wife and she also felt so much peaceful and rejuvenated after the hydro therapy and mud bath. I plan to go back at least once a year to find my true self. Truly Health Resort.

The wellness programs were thoughtful and personalized, and every staff member I met was kind, patient, and genuinely invested in helping guests feel their best. The food was fresh and nourishing, and the spa treatments left me feeling completely refreshed. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and recharged. I highly recommend YO1 to anyone looking to relax, reset, and focus on their wellbeing.
My stay at YO1 Wellness Resort was the perfect escape and reset. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was incredibly serene and peaceful. I loved waking up to the spectacular view of the lake/Catskills from my room—the accommodation was spacious, immaculate, and truly comfortable. Plenty of natural therapies available. What I liked the most and that’s tissue Massage and acupuncture were deeply rejuvenating. The food, though entirely vegetarian/vegan, was surprisingly delicious, creative, and nourishing. Entire Staff and the management were very welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend friends and families to visit.
This place is fabulous! Everything was perfect from Susanah at the front desk to the Roman and Samantha, the wait staff, in the dinning room. The man who was working the front desk at night was also very helpful, I think his name was Michael. I had a wonderful, relaxing massage with Julia the first day and an amazing mud bath with Sana the next. The entire property was spotless. In fact, the day I checked out, which I did not want to do, I would have stay three more days if I could have, there was a girl on her hands and knees dusting the moldings along the floor (how many other hotels do that??)! The breakfast and dinner included in the package I booked were so delicious! There were two or three options to choose from each meal, all vegan and healthy. The chefs came out each time to check on me at each meal and they were lovely. I highly recommend YO1. I cannot wait to back and take everyone I know,
